Kala forgiveness

Your intention during massage is a crucial part. By saying this intention, I will bless it. Once all ceremony is finished, I will give it to the higher self. Kala is one of the more important Huna principles I work out with it during all Lomi Lomi Nui ceremony. Kala means to loosen, dissolve, cleanse, apologise, avoid, and the Hawaiian Huna says: to clean the life path from weeds. Weeds, on the other hand, are complexes, old beliefs, stagnant in the body. These blockages can block the flow of energy as much as muscular tension. Working with the body and energy releases blockages, and working with the mind gives energy new directions and creates new patterns. Kala is a technique for forgiving yourself and others. The same energy that we waste on guilt and resentment can be used in other ways; you can heal and create with it. Kala consists of confession, repentance and absolution. Confession helps to move the energy blocked in complexes. You can do this by confessing all grudges, what troubles you to others or yourself. If you can’t tell someone, just imagining is good; it works too, then think about it and send it out into the universe. Repentance is changing your thinking and behaviour. It affects both you and someone else and can be called reparation. It means making peace with someone, correcting your behaviour. One way to change what you think is to change your expectations, e.g. get rid of being perfect about another person, increase your tolerance, allow you to do what you do and be who you are. Forgiveness or absolution is a release and a declaration that you are free from guilt. … but to forgive yourself, you must first admit your mistake, change your ways and forgive yourself!
